Services
Kitsulab is a SaaS platform (web CMS + Roblox Studio plugin) that lets Roblox game creators design gameplay systems visually and sync them to Roblox Studio. Kitsulab is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.
Plans & Pricing
- Hobby (Free): 1 project, 50 items, limited quotas. Kitsulab watermark on loading screen. Free forever.
- Founder (Lifetime): One-time payment (EUR 29-49 depending on tier). Unlimited access for the lifetime of the product. Custom splash screen (your logo, no watermark). Limited to 250 seats total.
- Monthly: EUR 9.99/month. Available after Founder seats sell out. Cancel anytime.
Pricing & Price Changes
Prices are in euros, VAT included. Kitsulab reserves the right to adjust prices at any time to reflect infrastructure costs, feature additions, inflation, regulatory changes, or business needs.
Price changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders or existing Founder plans — Founders keep their lifetime access regardless of future pricing.
For monthly subscriptions, any price change will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Users can cancel before the new price applies; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Right of Withdrawal
As a digital service with immediate execution, you expressly waive the 14-day withdrawal right upon purchase, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Best-Effort Obligation
Kitsulab operates on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific uptime or uninterrupted service. Kitsulab depends on the Roblox API and platform, which are operated by Roblox Corporation. Changes to Roblox services are beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
- Platform code and design: owned by Kitsulab
- Your content (items, quests, configs): 100% owned by you
Lifetime Deal
The Founder plan grants access for the "lifetime of the product." If Kitsulab ceases operations, Founders will receive at least 3 months notice and the ability to export all their data in CSV and JSON formats. No refund is owed upon service termination.
Liability
Kitsulab's total liability is capped at the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months. Indirect damages are excluded.
Governing Law
French law applies. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rennes, France.
