End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (hereinafter "EULA") is entered into between you (hereinafter "the User") and Kitsulab, operated by Sebastien DUCLY, a sole proprietor registered in France under SIRET 52120173100044 (hereinafter "Kitsulab", "we"). By creating an account, installing the Kitsulab plugin, or using the Kitsulab engine (hereinafter collectively "the Software"), you accept the terms of this EULA.
As required by French law, the binding EULA is written in French. The English version below is provided for convenience only and does not constitute a legal commitment.

Summary
1. License Grant
Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Software, limited to a single user account, for the sole purpose of developing and operating your Roblox games through the Kitsulab platform.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to: redistribute the Software (source, plugin, engine, binaries), reverse-engineer it, share your account or API key, bypass technical limitations, exceed your subscription plan's limits, or remove proprietary notices (including the "Made with Kitsulab" splash on the free plan).
3. Intellectual Property
The Software remains Kitsulab's exclusive property. You retain ownership of the content (items, attacks, recipes, dialogues, etc.) you create within the platform.
4. License Validation and Telemetry
The Software communicates periodically with Kitsulab servers to validate license status and transmit technical operational data (engine version, Roblox universe ID, player count). If your license becomes invalid, Kitsulab may notify you and suspend the Software after a 48-hour grace period. In case of detected fraud (multi-account, shared key, tampering), suspension is immediate and without prior notice.
5. Termination
Kitsulab may terminate your license without prior notice in case of violation. On termination: loss of usage rights, revocation of API keys, shutdown of running Roblox servers at the next heartbeat.
6. No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kitsulab's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
Kitsulab may modify this EULA at any time. Material changes will be notified by email.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by French law. Disputes will be brought before competent French courts.
